This <br />was presented to us on Friday and it is expected to be done on Monday. There is no consensus <br />when you force the vote. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked what would change for you? <br />Mr. Marquardt said I am not ready to discuss my issues but they are none of the ones that are <br />being banged around tonight. I'm not sure that another flamboyant project is really going to do <br />something for the city. We have 2 stadiums, a Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame and a Science Center <br />and everything continues to go downso is that the answer? I am not sure of that so I am not <br />ready to vote on the thing. <br />Mr. Marrie said I would like to call for a vote as amended. <br />Council President Buckholtz said I don't disagree with you [addressing Mr. Marquardt] but I just <br />feel the need to try..... <br />Council President Buckholtz said we have a motion; we have a second.
