Agresta Company in the amount of $180,100. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion to authorize the advertisement for bids for Phase One of the Upper 40 <br />Creek Restoration <br />1j <br /> <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize the advertisement for bids for <br />Phase One of the Upper 40 Creek Restoration. <br />Mr. Metzung said John Bernot is here to speak and asked if anyone has any questions. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-29, entitled; "An ordinance to provide for the issuance <br />and sale of $1,030,000 of notes of Mayfield Village, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of improving the Parks & Recreation system of the Village by acquiring <br />certain real estate, constructing and lighting ball fields, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances thereto, and otherwise improving that system, and declaring an emergency. " <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2003-29. <br />Mr. Marquardt asked Mr. Brett to itemize this--the properties are buying, amounts, etc. <br />Mr. Brett said Zako, first part of the Falkner and Palermo properties and cited the amounts of <br />each. <br />
