Regular & Caucus Minutes <br />8-18-03 <br />_ Page 13 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-30, entitled; "An ordinance to provide for the issuance <br />and sale of $3,870,000 of notes of Mayfield Village, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of acquiring certain real estate together with the existing buildings and <br />other structures located thereon and any related equipment and certain other real estate for <br />recreational purposes, constructing facilities for storm water management and wetlands <br />preservation, and installing roadway safety and message signage and signalization at the <br />intersections of North Commons Blvd. and White Road, Parkview Drive and S.O.M. Center <br />Road, White Road and S.O.M. Center Road, and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />1~ <br /> <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Riter, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2003-30. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. <br />Mr. Marquardt asked what the property was. <br />Mr. Brett replied it is the golf course; we are paying down the golf course and cited the figures. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-31, entitled; "An emergency ordinance ratifying the <br />collective bargaining contract between FOP Lodge 57 and the Village of Mayfield. Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Brett requested Council defer action on this item until after the executive session. <br />No action was taken at this time. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2003-0.4, entitled; "A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to seek <br />financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of the Eastgate <br />Sanitary Sewer Project, the Meadowood Drive Sanitary Sewer Project Fund, the Foster's Run <br />
