Mr. Brett said this is just to allow us to expend funds until the passage of the final appropriation ordinance in 2004. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-41, entitled; "An emergency ordinance enacted by the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio hereinafter referred to as Mayfield Village, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as Cuyahoga County." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mrs. Cinco said this is for the road. We will end up being responsible for [Mr. Brett said] 20% ($130,000.) Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Resolution No. 2003-08, entitled; "A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Mamie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
