11-17-03 <br />Regular Council Minutes <br />Page 20 <br />,~ <br />~_ <br />ROUGHDRAFT -NOT REVIEWED OR APPROVED BY COUNCIL <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2003-08. <br />Mr. Brett said this allows us to assess the millage that we are entitled to for the tax budget in July. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2003-09, entitled; "A Resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County <br />Treasurer to advance from the proceeds of tax levies for the collection year 2004." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made. a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2003-09. <br />Mr. Brett said this allows us to get more money more quickly: <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR PERSONNEL & REAL ESTATE MATTER <br />Council President Buckholtz said I will need a motion to adjourn into Executive Session for <br />personnel and real estate matters. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council recessed into executive session at 9:22 p.m. <br />Council President Buckholtz advised the audience that we will not voting on any further items so <br />you are free to stay or free to go. [There were no comments.] <br />Council reconvened at approximately 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br />
