authorizing it-you've always had it in your budget which we think was enough but just to clarify it ~ we thought we ought to give you a section to make it very clear. If you haven't had a chance to look at it, there is no hurry if you want to tweak the language. It can always be amended. You always set the budget anyway so monies aren't spent without your knowledge. Council President Buckholtz asked if anybody has a need to hear the language. There were no comments. Council President Buckholtz said he recommends Council go forth with it to show the auditor we've got it in place. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None ~-- Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Readies of Ordinance No. 2003-45, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Employment Agreement with Lloyd Chapman to perform the duties of a Property Manager as it relates to all Village-owned properties." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Dr. Parker said he would like to see an amendment to the Exhibit A which would include that this is apart-time position. (He doesn't see it in there.) Mr. Diemert said we could put it in Section 1 of the Ordinance-just put the words part time in front of employment agreement. In the Agreement of Employment we would do the same thing under Section 1 under Nature of Employment, we would add part-time. Council President Buckholtz said we are looking for a motion to amend it. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to amend and enact Ordinance 2003-45 to state part-time in Section 1 of the Ordinance in front of Employment Agreement and to add part-time in Section 1 under Nature of Employment.
