There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-43, entitled; "An emergency ordinance declaring <br />improvements to certain parcels of Real Property to be a public purpose, describing the public <br />improvements to be made to directly benefit such parcels, requiring the owners of the improvements <br />thereon to make service payments in lieu of taxes, authorizing an agreement with 6685 Beta <br />Associates, establishing a municipal public improvement tax increment equivalent fund for the <br />deposit of such service payments, and related authorizations pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections <br />6709.40, 5709.42 and 5709.43, and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills said Mr. Brett has requested this Ordinance remain on first reading. <br />Ordinance 2003-43 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-44, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending Section <br />131.10 relative to the authorization to expend Public Funds for the purchase of Food and <br />Beverages."
