Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 10/22/03; Second Reading 11/17/03) Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to amend Ordinance 2003-36. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Amended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2003-36. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none.
