MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL Mayfield Village Civic Hall Monday, December 21, 2015 - 8:00 p.m. The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, December 21, 201 S at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President Marrie called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Jerome, Dr. Parker, Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Saponaro, Mr. Williams Also Present: Mayor Rinker; Mr. Wynne, Mr. Guidetti, Chief Edelman, Chief Carcioppolo, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Thomas, Mr. DiNardo, Ms. Wolgamuth, Mr. Esborn and Mrs. Betsa Absent: Mr. Marquardt The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. Ricky Christian 510 SOM I have a problem. It all started when the Village decided to widen SOM Center Road. They raised the grade of the road, cut my drainlines which resulted in me having to dig up my whole house, redo all my drainlines and now I have a problem in the back because the Library went in next door to me and they raised the grade there. Natural grade is waterflow close to the east and to the north. It can't flow to the north because the grade is two feet higher than it was before. It can't flow to the east because the road is higher. The water tends to back up. You guys put a bike path in behind my house and cut two little culverts where water used to run out. Now it flows right towards my house. I have taken Steve Jerome around and showed him the problem. He knows the problem. I am getting water bubbling up in my yard. It has cracked my driveway which I spent $30,000 to put in on top of the $20,000 to have my house redone because of the city cutting the drainlines and I am getting nothing. I want something done about the water problem. Thank you. Council President Marrie stated, we will follow up on it. Anyone else? There were no further comments.
