Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, December 21, 2015 Page 2 CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Regular Council Meeting -November 16, 2015 Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes as written. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None November 16, 2015 Minutes Approved COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER There were no comments. COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT MA_R~i_F, Council President Marrie thanked Ron DiNardo for his 14 years of .service to the Village on Architectural Review Board, 10 years as Chairman. Thank you, Ron. DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: SERVICE -Doug Metzung Mr. Metzung commented on the Mayor leaving. As department heads, we learn early on when we would meet with Bruce he would immediately pull up a pad of paper out and begin to sketch and I thought, it's been a hidden gem, and while we didn't keep most of them, we do have a few that we would like to present to show everyone the Bruce Rinker collection of sketches that he has done over the years. This was not unusual. We do have one from 1974 it appears when someone was doing the old Village Hall. Bruce was not confined to the pen and the paper. He was 3-D also and he also did some modeling. We present The Grove that Bruce created. If you get a chance, come up and see it. First thing I want to say is I want to thank you for 19 years of the time I have worked with you. I really appreciate it. Thank you. BUILDING -John Marrelli Mr. Marrelli stated, Good luck to Mayor Rinker who is leaving us. It has been a great 14 years for myself. Welcome Mayor Bodnar. Here's looking forward to a new era. ENGINEERING -Tom Cappello Mr. Cappello stated, Bruce, 22 years of never a dull moment. LEGAL DEPARTMENT - Mr. Guidetti Mr. Guidetti stated, far less time working with the Mayor but it has been a pleasure nonetheless. -. I know everyone from Joe to the secretaries at the firm always enjoyed talking to you. I wish you the best of luck.
