Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 21, 2015 <br />Page 3 <br />FIRE -Chief Eugene Carcioppolo <br />Chief Carcioppolo extended the same gratitude to the Mayor. I wish him the best of luck. I <br />appreciate all his support. <br />FINANCE -Ron Wynne <br />Mr. Wynne thanked the Mayor for everything. Best of luck to you iri your new endeavors. I will <br />comment on all of my items throughout the agenda this evening. <br />POLICE -Chief Richard Edelman <br />Chief Edelman congratulated Bruce. Best wishes in the future. <br />PARKS & RECREATION -Bill Thomas <br />Mr. Thomas reported, on Saturday December 12~', the Annual Santa Ride was held in 65 degree <br />temperatures and no snow. As a result, it was the largest turnout of residents along the route that <br />I can recall. It was a combination of weather and Mayor Rinker's final ride on the fire truck with <br />the Santa and the elf. We had a very competent driver in Chief Gino. Assisting him was Fireman <br />Jeff Cook. We were expected to arrive back to the Community Room at 1:30 for the beginning of <br />the party, but Santa did not sit in his chair until 2:35. I don't know if it was a combination of <br />Mayor Rinker being on the fire truck, but it was a wonderful event and it was great to have <br />Mayor Rinker on the fire truck for a final goodbye. I wish you well. <br />ARCHITECT -Ron DiNardo <br />There was no report. <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT -Ted Esborn <br />Mr. Esborn reported, at the Caucus this month, I introduced an agreement with Everstream. I am <br />still working with Mark Guidetti and the Law Department with Everstream on that agreement. <br />We will push that back to next month. Thank you for everything Mayor Rinker. <br />ADMINISTRATION -Diane Wolgamuth <br />Ms. Wolgamuth stated, it has been fun and a challenge. I will miss you horribly. Welcome <br />Brenda. I am looking forward to working with you very directly every day. Thank you. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee -Mrs. Mills reported, our Tree Lighting Ceremony was the best ever <br />attended. We ran out of hot chocolate and almost ran out of donuts. The Hanukah service was <br />
