Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 21, 2015 <br />Page 4 <br />also very well attended as was the Singing Angels. Our next meeting is in March. I am <br />extending an invitation to.Mayor Rinker to join us as a committee member. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli reported, we met last week and approved a couple <br />of commercial signs and a residential addition. <br />Board of Appeals -Mr. Marrelli stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Cemetery -Mrs. Mills stated, there is no report. <br />Citizen's Advisory Committee - Mr. Williams stated, there is no report at this time. <br />Drainage and Infrastructure Committee - Mr. Jerome reported, we did not meet this past <br />month. We will be working with residents in the coming new year to look at some drainage and <br />infrastructure problems they are having. We will address them with Doug and Tom Cappello. <br />Thank you. <br />Safety and Service -Council President Marrie reported, we met before Caucus and discussed <br />the new dispatch center which is on the agenda this evening. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Saponaro reported, we met in Caucus on December 7~' as well as this <br />evening. We have 26 expenditures we have approved as well as 7 additional ordinances and <br />resolutions which have been approved as well. <br />Historical Society -Mrs. Mills reported, the Garden Club and Historical Society had their <br />annual luncheon. We had 75 people attend. Hank Kuziel entertained us in Reserve Hall with <br />sounds of Irving Berlin. That was a very nice affair. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Jerome stated, we did not have a meeting. We had a mixer <br />that a couple of Councilpeople and Brenda were able to make it to. It was a nice event. We look <br />forward to their next meeting. <br />Ordinance Review Committee -There is no report. <br />Planning and Zoning -There is no report. <br />Recreation Board -Council President Marrie stated, there was no meeting. Our next meeting is <br />on January 20~'. <br />Commission on Aging -Mrs. Mills reported, the next meeting is Thursday, January 14~` at <br />11:00 a.m. in the Senior Services office. The agenda will include a recap of the winter trips, <br />discussion about the 2016 trips, Lunch N Learn programs, the winter classes, Holiday party and <br />the Anniversary party. Our Holiday party was held here in this room. We had about 55 residents <br />attend. We also had entertainment in Reserve Hall from the Cleveland Institute of Music which <br />was very very nice. More seniors should try to attend this. We will be having a Lunch and a <br />Movie at Governor's Village on January 20~`. You have to have reservations. The cost is $5. <br />
