Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, December 21, 2015 Page 15 1 Mr. Wynne stated, I would like to give you some quick highlights on our budget and what it is going to end up for the end of the year. Our General Fund or our rainy day fund is going to be around $10,700,000. We are going to have about $1.4 million set aside for the last and final sewer conversion project that we are required to do in the Village. We are going to have about $1 million set aside to deal with the flooding issues we have been experiencing in the Beta Drive area and other places in the Village. $300,000 will be set aside for future debt payments. We fully provided for funding for the 2015 Road Program, the Sewer Conversion Project and the construction of the Community Room. Council President Marcie asked, any other discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted Resolution No. 2015-16, entitled, "A Resolution Requesting the Cuyahoga County Treasurer to advance from the proceeds of tax levies for the collection year 2016." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2015-16. Council President Marcie asked, any discussion? Mr. Wynne stated, this is just an annual requirement with the County to tell them that as they receive tax dollars collected to please forward them to us. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 2015-17, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing the continuance of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Cuyahoga County Soil and Water Conservation District for providing technical assistance in implementing soil and water conservation measures." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2015-17. Council President Marcie asked, any discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 2015-18, entitled, "A Resolution Requesting the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer to adjust the amended official certificate of estimated resources for 2015." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2015-18.
