Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 21, 2015 <br />Page 15 <br /> <br />1 <br />Mr. Wynne stated, I would like to give you some quick highlights on our budget and what <br />it is going to end up for the end of the year. Our General Fund or our rainy day fund is <br />going to be around $10,700,000. We are going to have about $1.4 million set aside for the <br />last and final sewer conversion project that we are required to do in the Village. We are <br />going to have about $1 million set aside to deal with the flooding issues we have been <br />experiencing in the Beta Drive area and other places in the Village. $300,000 will be set <br />aside for future debt payments. We fully provided for funding for the 2015 Road Program, <br />the Sewer Conversion Project and the construction of the Community Room. <br />Council President Marcie asked, any other discussion? There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolution No. 2015-16, entitled, "A Resolution Requesting the Cuyahoga County <br />Treasurer to advance from the proceeds of tax levies for the collection year 2016." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2015-16. <br />Council President Marcie asked, any discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, this is just an annual requirement with the County to tell them that as <br />they receive tax dollars collected to please forward them to us. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution No. 2015-17, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing the continuance <br />of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Cuyahoga County Soil and Water <br />Conservation District for providing technical assistance in implementing soil and water <br />conservation measures." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2015-17. <br />Council President Marcie asked, any discussion? There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution No. 2015-18, entitled, "A Resolution Requesting the Cuyahoga County Fiscal <br />Officer to adjust the amended official certificate of estimated resources for 2015." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2015-18. <br />
