This is an annual requirement telling the County what our revenues are for the year so that they can see we had enough revenues come in to cover our expenses and debt payments required. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Resolution No. 2015-20, entitled, "A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a continuance of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Chagrin River Watershed Partners, Inc. for providing assistance to Mayfield Village relative to fulfilling obligations under its stormwater management program:" Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2015-20. Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Council President Marrie asked, any discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted 1 Council President Marrie stated; for those who are not in normal attendance at the meetings. There was an awful lot of money discussed tonight. A lot of things were passed. These things are not just passed tonight. This is many many meetings. Some of these go on for almost the whole year. This has not all been done and decided tonight. All of the Department Heads work very hard to make sure this happens and that we stay in budget. Ron makes sure that we do. SWEARING IN CEREMONY Mayor Rinker stated, we have some swearing-in ceremonies, some official work to do yet. I will let the Chief set the stage. Firefighter Jason Brothers (Full-Time Fire Lieutenant Class B (Probationary). Firefighter David Johnson (Full-Time Firefighter/Paramedic Class C (Probationary) Chief Carcioppolo stated, this evening we are all here to witness one new Mayor, three tenure Councilmen, a veteran firefighter and a new firefighter oathing to serve the people of Mayfield Village. Serving is the intrinsic motivation and foundation of the fire service and the fire department's next fizll- time Firefighter David Johnson and full-time Lieutenant Jason Brothers. I have witnessed both of them and I appreciate their dedication to serve. It is apparent that they both became firefighters so that they could be the person to respond to your call for help whatever it may be. I will turn it over to the Mayor and.let him proceed with your swearing in.
