We have been
using Citizen's Advisory as a sounding board, a few other people and groups. The feedback we
are getting has been constructive. Generally very positive. We hope this will allow us to be preriy
informative on the whole topic. To that end, Ron will be able to address this a little bit further,
but the extent to which departments have across the board really buckled down and done
exceptionally well in cutting a lot of the costs, everyone in this room should be appreciative.
