Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, February 15, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Those that worked on this diligently should really be praised for that effort. It's not always easy <br />to do that. Everyone has been a class act all the way across. These are very positive things. <br />We have two Oaths of Office to deliver tonight which Mayor Rinker is recommending approval <br />of the Resolutions for Ron Wynne and Vince Feudo. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT PRO TEM MARRIE <br />Council President Pro Tem Marrie commented that everyone should have received the <br />information in their packet regarding the Hillcrest Council of Council breakfast on Saturday, <br />February 27th. Please let Mary Beth know if you are planning on attending. Also, the NOACA <br />meeting and dinner is scheduled for Thursday, February 18t'. Let Mary Beth know if you will be <br />attending. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />SERVICE - Douglas Metzung <br />Mr. Metzung reported that he received notification today from ODOT that for next month's <br />Council meeting he will need a resolution passed for the purchase of next year's salt. <br />BUILDING - John Marrelli <br />There was nothing to report. <br />ENGINEERING - Tom Cannello <br />There was nothing to report. <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT - Joe Diemert <br />There was nothing to report. <br />FIRE - Chief Mohr <br />There was nothing to report. <br />FINANCE - Ron Wvnne <br />Mr. Wynne reported that Council and the Mayor should have received a copy of what we hope is <br />the final budget that would be passed at the March Council meeting. Also, later on this week we <br />will be getting correspondence from our insurance carrier as to what our different renewal rate <br />options are with our health insurance which is due to renew on April 1 St
