Regular Council Meeting Minutes 3-15-10 Page 15 11 Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $5,700.00 to Walter Drane Company for codifcation services through January 1, 2010. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $5,700.00 to Walter Drane Company for codification services through January 1, 2010. Council President Buckholtz asked if this is the same price as last year. Mr. Wynne explained it is actually higher than last year. Ordinance Review performed a lot of clean up this year. The changes have been incorporated into the codified ordinances. Council President Buckholtz stated it was last year that they kept it at the same price as the previous year. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized First Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-08, entitled, "An Ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2010-08. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
