This decision here affects not only people in the past who have applied for Building permits to try to build accessory structures and have been denied in certain instances. I'm sure that is the case. And also, what precedent this is going to set in the future. If you make exception for one family but not another family in the future, they could come back and say, well, why did you do it in this instance and not in our insta.nce when we clearly have law that needs to be followed and we're not, right now it doesn't seem like we are following it?
