We have gone through this process, actually more deliberative than not <br />and then realized there is a Civil Service meeting this Wednesday. A letter that had been drafted <br />for Eric last week just got hand delivered to him now. Eric, thank you for showing up. Proof <br />positive that you can be Johnny on the Spot. Come forward please and be sworn in. <br />Administration of Oath of Office to Eric Jochum as Member of the Civil Service Commission <br />The oath of office was administered to Eric Jochum as Member of the Civil Service <br />Commission. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BUCKHOLTZ <br />There were no comments. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />SERVICE - Douglas Metzung <br />Mr. Metzung reported on the e-mail sent out regarding the flooding issues that we had after <br />Saturday's rain. I have forwaxded those issues to the County Engineer for the areas that were <br />covered under sanitary sewers. I am awaiting a meeting with them to go over those concerns. <br />We will see where that takes us. <br />BUILDING - John Marrelli <br />There was no report. <br />ENGINEERING - Tom Cappello <br />Mr. Cappello reported that the 2011 Road Program has begun. They started pavement on Aintree <br />and pavement grinding on the Aintree Park Subdivision. <br />Mayor Rinker asked, SOM intersection?
