Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />(First Reading - August 15, 2011) <br />This Ordinance will remain on Second Read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2011-32, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />amending Codified Ordinance Section 1363.02, dumping, depositing, storage of garbage, <br />rubbish, refuse prohibited." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
