Mrs. Kalina <br />replied, 20 maybe. <br />PLANNING DEVELOPMENT - Ted Esborn <br />There was nothing to report. <br />ADMINISTRATION - Diane Wolgamuth <br />Mrs. Wolgamuth just wanted to mention that the October issue of the VOV should be going to <br />the printer tomorrow and will be mailed out by the end of the month. The cover will show the <br />URS rendering of the new Library. That's the cover story. I also wanted to mention that Frank <br />Stupczy of the Service Department did a really nice article on the flooding issues and <br />recommending what residents can do when faced with that situation. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills reported that our next meeting is November ls` in this room <br />at 6:45. At that time we will be talking about the Santa Ride with the Mayor through the Village <br />on the 3rd of December; Tree Lighting on the 4th ; and the Singing Angels on the 17th and tlie <br />Menorah Lighting on the 20th. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli reported that the next Architectural Review Board <br />meeting will be on the 27t . We will be reviewing the new Library building that evening. <br />Board of Aupeals - Mr. Marrelli reported that Board of Appeals will meet tomonow. We have <br />two issues on the agenda. <br />Cemeterv - There was no report. Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mr. Marrelli reported that the next meeting is on Monday, October <br />24 . Commission on Aging - Mrs. Kalina stated that the Commission on Aging met on October 4th. <br />We went over plans for the Halloween party for the card group and the Holiday Party for Village <br />Seniors and discuss various other programs. <br />Safety and Service - Mrs. Cinco stated that Safety and Service met on Monday, Octob.er 3`d. At <br />that time we discussed in the Police Deparhnent the repairs and upgrade to the traffic signal at <br />SOM and Wilson Mills; from the Service Department, the installation of the plow on the new <br />pick-up truck. Flooding issues took up a big part of our discussion that evening. Also, we <br />discussed Hunt Circle landscaping. I also noticed that the speed sign has been put up on Wilson <br />Mills. Is that solar? Chief Edelman replied, I am just waiting to have it programmed.
