Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, November 21, 2011 <br />Page 12 <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2011-38, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor to enter into a Standard Easement for the installation and <br />maintenance of a water main for the purpose of supplying water service." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-38. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Saponaro stated, this is for the Lander Road property at the school, just to be clear. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any further comments. There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted' <br /> <br />• First Readiniz of Ordinance No. 2011-39, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor to enter into an Addendum to the Subscriber Service Agreement <br />with OneCommunity." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-39. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Any comment on this? <br />1VIr. Saponaro stated, this has pretty much been discussed at the various meetings. This is <br />the Subscriber Agreement with OneCommunity. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, what is the amount?
