Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,050 to PSI for pre-demolition hazardous materials survey for Old Village HalUPolice Department. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. Mr. Saponaro asked, can we be clear that it's the whole complex? Council President Buckholtz replied, right, everything over there. Mr. Saponaro added, everything over there. Except the trailer which is going to be moved. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other comments. There were none. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,275 to Squire, Sanders and Dempsey for legal services rendered relating to 2006 bonds arbitrage and rebate calculations.
