Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, December 19, 2011 Page 15 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2011-45, entitled, "An Ordinance Appropriating Funds for Current Expenses and Expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-45. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. Mr. Wynne stated, there were some minor adjustments required in the appropriations for the year, reclassification of expenses among line items and then just to add some dollars to the budget of expenses that came in higher than estimated like the road project and how much we spent on engineering fees for the Corridor. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other questions or discussion. There were none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Readim of Ordinance No. 2011-46, entitled, "An Ordinance Appropriating Funds for Current Expenses and Expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January l, 2012 and ending March 31, 2012 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
