Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 19, 2011 <br />Page 15 <br /> <br /> <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2011-45, entitled, "An Ordinance Appropriating Funds <br />for Current Expenses and Expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from <br />January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011 and declaring an emergency." Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-45. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. <br />Mr. Wynne stated, there were some minor adjustments required in the appropriations for <br />the year, reclassification of expenses among line items and then just to add some dollars to <br />the budget of expenses that came in higher than estimated like the road project and how <br />much we spent on engineering fees for the Corridor. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other questions or discussion.
