Until it is <br />passed we have to pass a temporary one so that we can operate and spend funds until the <br />final one is approved by Council. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, very good. Any questions? When do we get a copy of <br />it? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, the Finance Committee will be discussing it in February. You should <br />have a preliminary copy by the February Council meeting. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolufion No. 2011-14, entitled "An Emergency Resolution declaring the necessity of a <br />transfer of an amount not to exceed. $61,959.15 from the Seneca Road Issue I Project <br />Fund of the Village to the Bond Retirement Fund of the Village in accordance with Ohio <br />Revised Code 5705.14." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2011-14. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Saponazo asked, Ron, can you expla.in these four? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, yes. 2011-14, 15, 16 and 17 are all the same. These are all funds where the <br />projects were completed a few years ago. At the time they were completed they were excess <br />funds that are now just sitting there idle. We aze required to take legislative action to move the <br />money out of those funds and move them into the Bond Retirement Fund to get paid out on the <br />debt related to those projects or any other projects. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, we can use that money for any debt? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, yes, you can only use it for debt. You can't use it for General Fund <br />purposes. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other questions.
