Regular Council Meeting Minutes 10-18-10 Page 14 Motion to approve agreement between Cuyahoga Community College District through its Fire Training Academy and Mayfield Village for use of building at 691 SOM Center Road for fire training. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve agreement between Cuyahoga Community College District through its Fire Training Academy and Mayfield Village for use of building at 691 SOM Center Road for fire training. Council President Buckholtz stated, the only question raised was, do we need a Resolution to declare this surplus? Mr. Diemert replied, no, we do not. Mrs. Mills asked, you don't think it's necessary then? Mr. Diemert replied, no. All they need is verification that we own the property and we can handle that without Council stating that. Council President Buckholtz stated, there's no cost to the Village. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Agreement Approved . Motion to acknowledge receipt of the financial reports for September, 2010 and to approve of same as submitted. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to ackriowledge receipt of the financial reports for September, 2010 and to approve of same as submitted. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Financial Reports for September 2010 Acknowledged and Approved As Submitted • First Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-39, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Lease Agreement with Ryan Heidenthal and Christa Olivo for the purpose of leasing the real estate located at 6536 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
