(First Reading - August 16, 2010; <br />Second Reading - September 20, 2010). <br />NEW BUSINESS . <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure for the purchase of two cab and chassis. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to ezceed $5,000.00 to Chagrin <br />Valley Nursery for the purchase of replacement trees along SOM and other Village <br />properties. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,750.00 to Advanced Hydraulic <br />Systems for new mechanic's service lift for cars. <br />. Motion to go out for bid for cleaning services for new police facility. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,968.88 to B&C <br />Communications for siren control equipment. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in an amonnt not to egceed $26,000 to Statewide <br />Ford for purchase of Ford Ezpedition to replace 2002 Ford Crown Victoria (fire <br />department vehicle - state bid pricing). <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount vf $133,232.00 for egtension of 2008 <br />Assistance to Firefighter Grant for fire prevention materials and equipment (pass <br />through for Mayfield Village - 80% paid by Federal Govt. and 20% by County). <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,890.00 to Highland Heights <br />Fire Department for regional grant for firefighter training equipment (20% local <br />match - payable first quarter of 2011). <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,954.13 to Phillips <br />Electric/Redmond Waltz for repair of pool pump.
