Motion to approve agreement between Cuyahoga Community College District <br />through its Fire Training Academy and Mayfield Village for use of building at 691 <br />SOM Center Road for fire training. <br />. Motion to acknowledge receipt of the financial reports for September 2010 and to <br />approve of same as submitted. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-39, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor to enter into a Lease Agreement with Ryan Heidenthal and <br />Christa. Olivo for the purpose of leasing the real estate located at 6536 Wilson Miils Road, <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />First Readin of Resolution No. 2010-11, entitled, "An emergency resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Cuyahoga <br />County Municipal Energy Program (MEP) and to execute contracts as required." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2010-12, entitled, "An emergency resolution accepting <br />the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the <br />necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor."
