Council Meeting - 7/18/05 Page 10 SPECIr~L CO.1bIMITTEE:ItEPQRTS 2020 Vision Committee - Dr. Parker said there is no meeting he's aware of scheduled, so he's going to assume they were waiting to get results from the last survey that was sent out. Mayor Rinker said Mr. Chapman and Michelle Bande-Zalatoris have been setting up meetings with a number of the businesses around the immediate intersection area. Musca is one, but all the tenants but he thinks the goal is to really start getting more hands on and more direct feedback from the property owners and tenants themselves in conjunction with the questionnaires, so it's like a personal follow up to the questionnaires that went out: and the canvassing that we've done. He feels that within a matter of months, are some tangible plans for some improvements, customizing for the individual properties if we can do it and believes that 2020 will be a good follow up for meeting and discussing these. Information & Technolo~v - Mr. Buckholtz stated that Mr.1Vlarrie has already covered this and we'll refer to the Caucus minutes for that. OLD. B~SINES.S ~ Phase III Civic Center -Word of Grace Mr. Buckholtz stated this was covered in Caucus. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-A8, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Development Agreement with Progressive Casualty Insurance Company relative to the southern most part of the Northwest Quadrant." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. First Reading May 16, Second Reading June 20. Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Cinco for this to remain on second reading.
