Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address.
Judge Mary Kay Bozza, Lyndhurst Municipal Court
Judge Mary Kay Bozza introduced herself and indicated that she is a judge from the Lyndhurst
Municipal Court and a resident of Mayfield Village. She wanted to thank everyone who has
supported her over the last six years in all of the changes they have made at the Lyndhurst Municipal
Court. She relayed that it has been a wonderful experience. Her best honor is that she is running
unopposed this fall, so she guesses she did not have to work so hard to get re-elected, she just has to
continue to work hard to be the example she wants to be. So, she just wanted to stop by and tell
everyone thank you and to indicate that so many of you have already endorsed her candidacy. She
thanked everyone because if it wasn't for the support everyone showed her many years ago to get
where she is today, she could not have accomplished what her staff and herself have accomplished
thus far. She is looking forward to another six years. She knows our Finance Director has been
pleased with the job that we have done and if that needs any further discussion, he can bring that up
later. We are real proud of what we have done to turn the deficit around at the Lyndhurst Municipal
Court to positive numbers and we continue to grow and continue to make the changes we are
required to, but also she thinks we have become a real service to the public.
