DRAFT <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />9/26/05 <br />Page 12 <br />Chief Mohr indicated that the timeline was two weeks to order and receive it, approximately two <br />weeks to install and put it through its seat trials and then approximately six weeks to train us all <br />and upgrade each individual computer into the service. There are 62 work stations in the <br />community. The turn on date is January 1St that we all are functional on it. Dr. Parker asked if <br />all work stations will be compatible. Chief Mohr and Mr. Mamie replied, absolutely. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked Ms. Calta if it is her opinion that it could be treated as an item that does not <br />have to be bid. Ms. Calta indicated it is. Mr. Buckholtz then said that that is the clarification we <br />are looking for and the question is settled. Mr. Buckholtz asked if it is on the agenda for later <br />tonight and Mr. Mamie indicated that it is on the agenda for later tonight. Mr. Buckholtz then <br />asked if Finance is reversing its opinion to defer it and Mr. Mamie indicated yes. <br />Wage Review Committee -Mrs. Mills indicated that the first meeting for the Wage Review <br />Committee will be October 26th. We are starting at 9:00 a.m. and she has asign-up sheet at the <br />Civic Center. Hopefully everyone that will be participating will choose the proper time for <br />themselves at their convenience. <br /> <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />Second Readine of Ordinance No. 2005-18, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to enter into a Development Agreement with Progressive Casualty Insurance <br />Company relative to the southern most part of the Northwest Quadrant." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. First Reading May 18, 2005, Second Reading June 20, 2005. <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, for this to remain on second reading. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair.
