He <br />asked if they had a presentation or anything they wished to speak on or if they just wanted to <br />field questions. Mr. Vavrus indicated that he is just there to answer questions. Mr. Buckholtz <br />indicated that that item will come up and thanked the gentlemen for being here. <br />FOR DISCUSSION <br />A motion to authorize expenditure to Southeastern Equipment for repair of the <br />Service Department's front end loader (not to exceed $4,200.00). <br />1 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount <br />not to exceed $4,200.00 for repair of the Service Department's front end loader. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion to authorize the purchase of a crack sealer from DJL Material (not to <br />exceed $10,000.00). <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize the purchase of a crack <br />sealer (not to exceed $10,000.00). <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Metzung explained that this is to purchase the material. Vernon Square in an amount not to <br />exceed $6,889.80 for repair and replacement of their sprinkler system damaged by <br />road construction: <br /> <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the <br />amount not to exceed $6,889.60 for repair and replacement of Mt. Vernon Square's sprinkler <br />system. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mrs. Mills asked for clarification of the language, suggesting that perhaps it should say lawn <br />sprinkler because:that is what that is. <br />
