DRAFT <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />9/26/05 <br />Page 20 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-42, entitled: "An Emergency Ordinance Authorizing an <br />Agreement with Guardian as and for an Employee Dental Program." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2005-42. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: Norie <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-43, entitled: "An Emergency Ordinance Amending <br />Chapter 1501 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield By Adopting New Section <br />1501.14 Establishing Progressive Fire Inspection Fees." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Ms. Calta clarified that the "Progressive" designation there has to do with the tiered system, no <br />reference to any particular entity. Also, there was one minor change this morning to the fee <br />schedule to indicate that on the second inspection, if there is compliance, there is no fee charged, <br />but if there is non-compliance, there is a $100.00 fee charged. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said, so this is a motion as amended? Ms. Calta indicated, correct. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2005-43. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
