DRAFT 1 Regular Council Meeting 9/26/05 Page 21 Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-44, entitled: "An Emergency Ordinance Authorizing The Mayor To Enter Into A Contract With TC Construction For Various Pavement Repairs On Beta Drive, Wildwood Trail, And Bramblewood Lane Without The Necessity Of Advertisement And Formal Bidding." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2005-44. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Resolution No. 2005-18, entitled "A resolution consenting and authorizing the assignment of the cable system and cable television franchise with Adelphia Communications Corporation, or an indirect subsidiary to Time Warner NY Cable LLC." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2005-18. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 2005-19, entitled "An emergency resolution amending the Ohio Constitution to authorize the issuance of general obligations of the state to finance local government public infrastructure capital improvements, research and development, and the development of certain sites and facilities in Ohio, and to expand state and local government authority regarding economic development." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
