DRAFT <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />9/26/05 <br />Page 22 <br />Ms. Calta noted that this is an emergency resolution in support of amending. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2005-19. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2005-20, entitled "An emergency resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor to seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for <br />funding of the Mayfield Village Comprehensive Sewer Conversion Program and the Wilson <br />Mills Culvert Repair and Renovation Project." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marne, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2005-20. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
