Regular Council Meeting <br />10/24/05 <br />Page 17 <br />Wetzel did, he was responsible for gathering everyone. Mr. Buckholtz said that ultimately we <br />will have to follow through on that. Mr. Metzung said not necessarily, it will be the applicant <br />doing the chasing. The committee is trying to help out. Mr. Buckholtz indicated that ultimately <br />if someone were unable to be reached, we should make an attempt to send a certified letter from <br />Village Hall to make sure we have the documentation that everyone was alerted. Mrs. Cinco <br />indicated that the letters are done, they are going out tomorrow, they will have plenty of time. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked how it will be handled if someone was out of town. <br />Mrs. Calta indicated that it sounds like the Committee has everything covered. If people don't <br />sign off and are not cooperative, the project does not move. Mr. Buckholtz asked what that <br />meant. Mr. Saponaro indicated that if people do not sign off, the project does not move forward, <br />it dies. All of the criteria has to be met. Mrs. Cinco added that we are not selling the project. <br />They came to us to ask for help. So, a lot of the responsibility is on their shoulders too. <br />Since a number of residents have called on this, Mr. Buckholtz requested that the minutes reflect <br />the explanation that the Committee is evolving and how things are happening. We are moving <br />forward. <br />• A motion to authorize acceptance of the bid from Anselmo's Landscape & Design to <br />complete Drainage & Infrastructure Project #OS-OlA (Rear Yard Swale - <br />Sandalwood Drive) in the amount of $4,100.00. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize acceptance of the bid from <br />Anselmo's Landscape & Design to complete Drainage & Infrastructure Project #OS-OlA (Rear <br />Yard Swale -Sandalwood Drive) in the amount of $4,100.00. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
