Regular Council Meeting <br />11/21/05 <br />Page 15 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-50, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance Authorizing the <br />Mayor and President of Council to enter into an easement termination agreement terminating an <br />easement entered into on April 28, 1980 between the Village and Peter Galier and Elio C. <br />Carlini for the installation and maintenance of a water main at 651 Beta Drive." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />NAYS: None <br />1 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2005-50. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mrs. Mills asked Mr. Marrelli to <br />explain what this is. Mr. Marrelli indicated that everyone has the site plan. It basically shows two <br />waterball easements granted to the Village of Mayfield back in 1980 for a proposed building that <br />never got built. This property is where the Progressive claims center will be built and these <br />easements are not needed by us or them so it is a matter of cleaning up their title work for us to get <br />out of this easement. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-51, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance authorizing the <br />selection of Wallis Architects for the South of Parkview Ballfield project." Pursuant to Revised Code, we have to follow certain procedures in order to hire <br />for professional services over a certain amount of money. An Ad Hoc Committee was formed for <br />the development of South of Parkview which was comprised of Councilman Marrie, Jim Farmer, <br />
