Regular Council Meeting 11/21/05 Page 14 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-48, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance Authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a development agreement with MF Real Estate Partners, LLC aka MAYFRAN relative to 6650 Beta Drive". Introduce by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Mamie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Mamie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2005-48. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mr. Brett indicated that this is basically a formalization of something discussed previously in Executive Session in conjunction with Mayfran approaching the State of Ohio for Job Creation Tax Credit. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None First Reading of Ordinance 1Vo. 2005-49, entitled "An Ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2005 and ending December 31, 2005 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Mamie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2005-49.
