Lieutenant
Shrefler explained that it is just adopting the new changes. Mrs. Cinco clarified
that it does not need to go to ordinance review. Mrs. Mills indicated that it will
have to be run through the legal department. Lieutenant Shrefler responded that
Chief Mohr has talked to Joe Diemert about it.

^ Wilson Mills Road Culvert #9 Replacement
Mr. Metzung explained this is a request to put us back in rotation for 50/50
funding with the County for the culvert at Wilson Mills for 2007.
Mrs. Cinco asked if there is anything else to report. Chief Dearden indicated
that he has been reviewing the solicitation ordinance and will be meeting with
Ordinance Review next week to get them to modify some of the language.
