We elected Jim
Mason as Chairman for the year. We also determined we want to have meetings on a monthly
basis but we will take the months of July and August off. So we are changing from-originally
we were only supposed to have meetings every other month but we decided it is going to be a
monthly basis. We are trying to get a little more organized so we are going to be taking minutes.
You should get minutes every month regarding what we discussed. Members have decided they
will take turns acting as the minute taker for the various meetings. We discussed our goals. One
of them is we want to play an advisory role on the issues and the projects being handled by th'e
other committees in the Village and be a sounding board so we put ourselves out there for that.

11
