Regular Council Meeting 3/21/OS Page 8 - Council President Buckholtz asked, any other discussion? Mr. Saponaro said my understanding-and we have some folks here and you will correct me if I am wrong-isn't this what we are looking at-isn't Progressive looking to make this a flagship type of operation in Mayfield Village. That was my understanding when these were passed out. Can you clarify that? Kevin McGrath, Progressive (in the audience) said yes it is. We are calling it a flagship property and it is obviously right across from and in same community as our headquarters. It will be built to the best standards that we are building them. It is also the place where we will bring people from around the country to train how to operate the service centers. Council President Buckholtz said I questioned it as well and had some of the same concerns as Mr. Marquardt until I saw a picture of it and heard both of you folks speak at the meeting with the way traffic and cars will be handled. Mr. Saponaro said and general layout; the premise itself. Council President Buckholtz asked, any other opinions, comments? There were no comments. Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Saponaro NAYS: Mr. Marquardt Motion Carried Conditional Use Permit Granted Velocity Sports - Conditional Use Permit - 750 Beta Drive (P&Z approved at 3/7/05 meeting) Council President Buckholtz said Planning and Zoning approved this at its March 7, 2005 meeting. Mr. Marrelli said the Planning & Zoning approved Velocity Sports for a Conditional Use Permit. It requires Council approval for the Conditional Use Permit. Mayor Rinker asked, what were the conditions? Mr. Marrelli said there were no conditions on Velocity Sports as to hours or functions. Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to grant a Conditional Use Permit for Velocity Sports at 750 Beta Drive. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments.
