Regular Council Minutes
5/16/OS
Page 3
Mrs. Roman said I will need contact information for Dr. Stabile. (Note for reference: 440-646-1320)
Council President Buckholtz asked, any further comments? Is everyone okay with what I am
proposing?
There were no comments.
Mr. Rick Christian, 510 S.O.M. Center Road - said I have been in contact with Doug (I see he
is not here tonight) about the front yard where you guys dug up the front yard. I've got an issue
with a culvert; one of the drains-it sits at least 6" above grade; it does not drain. I have been
told it is going to be taken care of but nobody seems to be taking care of the problem. Every time
it rains there is a flood and it doesn't take much rain because the water backs up around the
Costanzo driveway. It does not drain. Also, before they planted the trees in my front yard I told
them they needed to level it out because I get a lake in my driveway because it is not graded
properly. And when they came and put trees in, they tore up the whole front yard again. I am not
cutting it torn up like that. So if the city wants to come and cut that property, they can-but I am
not going to take my lawnmower out there. There are boulders. There are big clumps of dirt.
Until that gets straightened out, it is your problem.
Council President Buckholtz said I can't, obviously, address everything and Doug is not here.
Tom, (addressing Mr. Cappello), do you have any information on the grade difference? Are you
familiar with that?
Mr. Cappello said no, Sir.
Council President Buckholtz said can you take a look at it on our behalf?
Mr. Cappello replied yes, Sir.
Council President Buckholtz said I will get in touch with Doug and we will see what we can do.
Thank you.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES:
Special Councal Meeting - April 4, 2005
Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None Motion Carried
Minutes Approved
Regular Council Meeting - Auri118, 2005
Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes.
