Regular Council Minutes
5/16/OS
Page 7
Council President Buckholtz asked, my only question-to you or to Lloyd-you have received
many of the department surveys or inventories at this point-or you will have that by the
meeting?
Mr. Marrie said Mr. Chapman will have it but Chief Mohr has already given me the total
inventory of everything we own in this organization and what it is capable of and how it will be
able to tie in.
Council President Buckholtz asked, software and hardware?

Mr. Marrie said yes. I think we need everybody being able to work on the same system that is all
tied to the same system instead of going off on own tangents. Not that they wanted to but
everybody was kind of doing their own thing and I think, for the sake of the Village, we need
everybody going in the same direction.
Council President Buckholtz said it sounds like the committee has its work cut out but are on the
right track.
Sewer Liaison Committee - Council President Buckholtz said I would like to create a Sewer
Liaison Committee meeting for sometime over the Summer. He addressed Mr. Brett and asked,
what is the time frame-we don't know anything about government funding but you're pretty
confident that we are going to be moving on that next phase?
Mr. Brett said I need to call Small Governments and see when they are going to make a decision
if they haven't already. But I think we should move at least some phase. I was talking with Mr.
Cappello and we were exchanging ideas as to the next place we should take it.
Council President Buckholtz said just for formality and if I could throw it back to Donna-if you
could just note that I am in contact with Rick Novickis all the time. He has always been a major
player in getting the homeowners together. Let's plan sometime in the summer for a meeting.
Mrs. Mills asked, will we want the residents there too?
Council President Buckholtz said absolutely.
OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair.
