He said I thought this was very nice work and we are very proud to get a report <br />like that. <br />Mayor Rinker administered oaths of offices to Vincent Feudo as Prosecutor and Rob Jamieson as <br />a meinber of the Citizen's Advisory Committee. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT MARQUARDT <br />Council President Marquardt had no comments. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />Buildin - Mr. Samac reported that the third and last building of Progressive is complete. I <br />expect they will be starting to occupy the building within the next few weeks or so. <br />En gineer - Mr. Hovancsek said the water plans have been completed. The sets of plans will be <br />given to the Water Department this week for approval. Then we are ready to go to bid on the <br />water plans for Worton Park. <br />Fire - Chief Mohr said regarding the letter Mayor Rinker read, a114 individuals [the firefighters <br />who responded] are Mayfield Village residents. <br />Parks & Recreation - Mr. Thomas said the Spring/Summer brochure was mailed. Thirty-eight <br />residents attended the ski trip to Holiday Valley today. STANDING CONIlVIITTEE REPORT'S: <br /> <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Roman said the Appreciation Dinner is this Saturday. If you have <br />not R.S.V.P.ed yet, please do so as soon as possible. <br />Architecti.iral Review Board - Mr. Samac said the Soard held its organiza.tional meeting on <br />February 8. There were no items foF the agenda. <br />Board of Appeais - Mr. Samac said there was no meeting; there will be an organizational <br />meeting tomorrow_evening. <br />Cemeteru - Mrs. Mills thankedMr.lVletzung far picking up. the branches that were piled tlzere.. <br />The children will start trimming and other work after the weather breaks_ <br />Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mrs. Cinco said the Board will hold its first meeting of the year next <br />Monday at 7:30 p.m. <br />Commission on Agin? - Mr. Busa read the report from Mrs. Kalina (attached to the minutes.) <br />Drainage & Infrastructure Committee - Nfrs. Cinco said the Committee did not meeting during <br />February. The next meeting is March lst, weather permitting--when surveys can be done.
