Regular Council Meeting <br />May 21, 2001 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mrs. Mills said Planning & Zoning voted unanimously for this. <br />Mrs. Cinco said M.A.R.C. has been using these people very successfully and are satisfied that all <br />bases are covered--professionally, legally and otherwise. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there was any further discussion. <br />There were no additional comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ilacqua, Mrs. Mills <br />NAYS: Council President Marquardt Motion Carried <br />Special Use Pernut Authorized <br /> <br /> <br />A motion to amencl Mayfield Village's codified ordinances as per attached Exhibit A <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to amend Mayfield Village's codified <br />ordinances as per attached Exhibit A. <br />Mrs. Cinco commended the Planning and Zoning Commission for its recommendations. I know <br />there were a lot of questions. I was at the meeting when all land owners were present and know <br />firsthand to what P&Z had to deal with in listening to all the recommendations. I hope with their <br />sending out all that information this week previous that everyone had a chance to review it <br />favorably. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mrs. Cinco, Mrs. Mills <br />NAYS: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mr. Ilacqua, Council President Marquardt <br />Motion Failed <br />Amendment Denied <br />First Reacliniz of Ordinance No. 2001-09, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing <br />payroll deductions for any employees desirous of participating in a supplemental insurance plan <br />offered by the American Life Assurance Company of Columbus (AFLAC)." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring <br />an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended
