Regular Council Meeting <br />9-24-01 <br />Page 17 <br /> <br /> <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />•*A motion to approve the proposed lighting and landscaping plan for the <br />parking area at 6678 and 6688 Wilson Mills Road (for Deacon's Chrysler <br />Plymouth-recommended by Planning and Zoning) <br /> <br />Mr. Cappello: It's just hard to say what they plan--it's usually not that much to remobilize--maybe <br />another $5-6,000 and they might even decide to waive it; they might have had that figured into their <br />bid. <br />Mayor Rinker: I would certainly endorse that decision. <br />Council President Marquardt: I will make it $197,000 and say, well, that's how much we got <br />authorized. <br />Mr. Metzung: Yes, take it or leave it. <br />Council President Marquardt: Could we modify the motion to Alternate A--a cost not to exceed <br />$187,000. <br />Mr. Busa: Agreed. <br />Council President Marquardt: Roll call, please. <br />Roll Call: AYES: *All <br />NAYS: None <br />(During roll call): *Mrs. Mills: You are going to change Option 1 then to Alternate A; the way it's <br />read here, it's Option I, so we should have it Alternate A, Donna. <br />Mrs. Roman: Okay. <br />Mrs. Mills: *Okay; please. (AYE vote) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to approve the proposed lighting and <br />landscaping plan for the parking area at 6678 and 6688 Wilson Mills Road (for Deacon's <br />Chrysler Plymouth-recommended by Planning and Zoning). <br />Council'President Marquardt asked if there was any discussion. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried
