Regular Council Meeting <br />9-24-01 <br />Page 20 <br />Mrs. Cinco asked if we are charging the same amount this year and do you average that out for <br />the residents that have snowplowing. <br />Several people said it is $75 a person. Mrs. Roman said they pay an additional $40 for circular <br />drives. <br />Mr. Brett said so that is just straight across. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />First lZeading of Ordinance No. 2001-19, entitled; "An ordinance appropriating funds for <br />current expenses & expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2001 <br />and ending December 31, 2001 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br /> <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2001-19. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Ilacqua said we discussed this at length in Finance and Mr. Brett went over the details of the <br />various items with us and we are comfortable with them. <br />There were no further comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2001- 04, entitled; "A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to seek <br />financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for emergency funding of <br />Worton Park Waterline Replacement Project." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
