That releases the State infrastructure bank funds to our community which will <br />help finance the development of the project. As well, it allows us to move forward with Federal <br />authorization for right-of-way acquisition. We will be proceeding with that as soon as O.D.O.T. <br />approves of drawings or construction of the right-of-way documents. We will be focusing the <br />initial right-of-way acquisition process in the Northwest Quadrant area which would be north of <br />Highland and west of S.O.M. with a goal of tying up that right-of-way acquisition process so we <br />can get C.E.I. in and start getting some of the utility relocation work done; as well as allows us to <br />go out for bids with the water line relocation work along S.O.M. There are a few other open <br />issues that Mike Burgess and URS Corp. will be staying on top of. Formal groundbreaking <br />should take place in early Apri102.
