Regular Council Meeting <br />10-15-01 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />M.A.R.C. - Mrs. Cinco said Mr. Weinberg reported at our meeting of October 4th that the Art <br />Show at the Library went well. Things will be on display through October 27. Punt, Pass & <br />Kick competition was held September 22 with 24 children participating. Mr. Thomas gave a <br />report on the Mayfield Basketball Association (MBA.) <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Busa said there was no report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mrs. Mills said there was no report. The next Workshop Meeting will be <br />on October 18. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz said Recreation will meet this Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. The <br />upcoming preschool and youth Halloween parties will be Saturday, October 27 from 1-2:30 p.m. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz said there was no report. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />S.O.M. Center Road Widening Committee - Mr. Ilacqua said there was no report. The next <br />meeting will be November 8. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />There were no items for discussion under Old Business. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Council President Marquardt asked if anyone had any comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $3,500 for the Winter issue <br />of the Voice of the Village <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to <br />exceed $3,500 for the Winter issue of the Voice of the Village. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there were any comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized
