12-17-01 <br />Page 9 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $5,824 to Progressive for <br />reimbursement for Fitness Center Renewal Fees <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$5,824 to Progressive for reimbursement for Fitness Center Renewal Fees. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there was any discussion . <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $22,560 to Cuyahoga County <br />Regional Information Systems (CRIS) for the annual LEADS/CRIS/NCIC Agreement <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$22,860 to Cuyahoga County Regional Information Systems (CRIS) for the annual <br />LEADS/CRIS/NCIC Agreement. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there was any discussion. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2001-26, entitled; "An ordinance appropriating funds for <br />current expenses & expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2002 <br />and ending March 31, 2002 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended
